Car Wash Fundraising Application

Please enter a 4 digit code that will be designated as your group's ID number for the FUNdraiser. Your group will market and promote this number and your group's FUNdraiser drive until the day of your FUNdraiser! This 4 digit code will be used during your FUNdraiser drive and will be good for a $17 wash. $4 from each of these washes will go back to your group! (ie. 200 cars using your code = $800!)
